Scheduling
To schedule a group activity, go to our Scheduling page. Select the day and time you'd like to bring your group to the Center from the available dates/times.
Smaller groups of 1-10 (e.g. a family) may schedule a group activity and/or schedule the Audio Recording Room or digitizing equipment separately, using our Scheduling page. Sunday groups and primary Activity day groups have separate links from general groups.
NOTE: It is imperative that every member of your group have a valid FamilySearch username and password prior to your scheduled event. You are responsible to ensure that each group member has log in information. This is especially important for youth. Please feel free to come in advance individually to get drop-in help with your log in and getting started on your tree.
Self Directed
Special Groups (about 60-120 minutes). Activities personalized and staffed by the scheduling unit or family reunion, supported by Center staff. A Saturday or Sunday special opening time may also be available if existing times do not work. Provide your contact information to any Shift or Day Lead. The center directors will arrange a meeting well in advance to discuss how the group is intending to use the Center, activities they desire, and how the Center can support them in their FamilySearch and training activities.
